Deviled Eggs in Denver
The deviled egg has traditionally been the staple of picnics and Easter brunch. However in the past five years, I would say that it has been appearing more frequently on Denver menus in both traditional and playful varieties. Below I have 3 of my favorite Deviled Eggs in Denver.Sassafras Deviled Eggs
Sassafrass American Eatery specializes in southern-style home cookin', serving breakfast and lunch. Fried green tomatoes, biscuits and (house-made) gravy, and made-to-order-mac and cheese, are staples of the eatery's menu, but one of the stars is the Deviled Egg. The eggs feature bacon salt, spicy/sweet pickled jalapeno jam, topped with minced house-made pickles and sprinkled with arugula. Yum! Sassafras now has two Denver locations; one in the Highlands and one in Capitol Hill.

Pinche Tacos Chipotle Deviled Eggs
Surprise! Pinche Tacos has more than tacos. While the namesake is the feature of the menu, during happy hour you can order the Chipotle Deviled Eggs. As the name suggests, these eggies have a chipotle puree mixed into the yolk mixture and is topped with crispy chorizo, cotija cheese, cilantro, and diced onions.
