Attention foodies and really anyone who likes food (hmmm everyone) - Come sample food from over 40 food vendors while listening to local music at the 1st Annual Bite of The Rockies. The Colorado Symphony will be featured on the main stage as well as cooking demonstrations throughout the day.
I am not 100% sure what to expect as it's their first bite (sorry bad pun, lol), but it sounds to me like the set up is somewhat close to how The Taste of Colorado is - where you purchase food tickets that you give to individual vendors. On the plus, this event will take place at the Denver Merchandise Mart and thus be indoors (not on scorching hot Labor Day).
